What we process
For contact requests we process name, email, organization details, role, message, and any context needed to qualify the inquiry.
We also process standard technical access logs (for example IP, browser, and request timestamps) for security and anti-abuse purposes.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to route requests, evaluate fit, coordinate follow-up, and maintain records for service qualification and potential future engagement.
Legal basis is contractual/pre-contractual interaction where applicable, legitimate interest for qualification operations, and explicit consent where newsletter or marketing outreach is added.
Google Form handling
We use a Google Forms endpoint for form submissions. Form content is processed by Google to receive entries and then used by Outfinity for lead qualification and follow-up.
This is used as a collection tool only; it is not used for behavioral tracking.
Retention
Lead data is retained for a standard qualification period and cleaned up after inactivity, with longer retention where an active relationship exists.
Technical logs are retained as needed for operations and compliance requirements.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, data portability, and restriction of processing. Requests are handled through outfinity@outfinity.ch.
Security and internal controls
We apply access controls for request handling and maintain internal procedures for intake, triage, and retention decisions. These procedures are documented and reviewed as part of operational governance.
