Operating Model
Collaboration Process
Outfinity moves from first conversation to structured collaboration through a process that keeps scope, value creation, and next steps explicit.
How collaboration begins
The process starts with a focused conversation around a capability, a market problem, or a venture thesis. This gives Outfinity a clear basis for deciding where the opportunity fits and which people should be involved next.
From there, the studio can route the conversation into the Explorer Circle, a direct collaboration path, a technical exploration, or a venture sprint.
How work is framed
Before substantive work begins, the collaboration is framed clearly around confidentiality, scope, deliverables, background intellectual property, open-source participation, paid work, and the ownership logic for any new outputs.
This helps every participant contribute with confidence and makes the work easier to carry forward into a product, a company, or a long-term partnership.
How validation and decisions happen
A collaboration may include prototypes, technical review, market analysis, expert interviews, customer conversations, or other forms of validation. Each step is designed to strengthen the venture thesis and clarify the best next move.
The outcome may be a deeper collaboration, a new company path, a pilot, a commercialization program, or a sharper thesis that guides the next sprint.
